Private Messages to Other Players?

I've been searching and searching for a way to send someone a private message, but I can't seem to find anything.
Is this a current feature that I'm just being blind to, or is there no way to contact someone?

The problem is that I accidentally labelled a horse's ad as a different breed, and want to let the person know that I can buy the horse back if they didn't notice. I feel so bad and wouldn't want them to be losing out on their game-money...

Unfortunately right now the option to write/read private messages is limited to premium accounts.

Ahh okay then, thanks for the help!
Would it be too inappropriate to comment on a post made by the player that's unrelated to the issue hoping they see it?
I'm definitely not used to not having communication right at my fingertips hahaha. :')

If you quote another player on the forum it will send them a notification. Check yours now!

Not for me to say. I know that when it was asked in chat larissar said that right now it would propably make forums even more dead, but she might reconsider it in future.
