Barn Full (Price Of Barn Included)-
Barn Of 4 - $19,827 + $15,000 = $34,827 Total - $32,000 ( minus $2,827)
Barn Of 8 - $39,652 + $20,000 = $59,642 Total - $57,000 ( minus $2,642)
Barn Of 12 - $59,477 + $20,000 = $79,477 Total - $77,000 ( minus $2,477)

Prices of how many (IRL)days you are going to board you horse -
Under 3 Days - No cost Over 8 days - $10,000
1 Horse - 4 days - Extra $1,000
5 days - Extra $500
6 days - Extra $200
7 days - Extra $50

2 Horses - 4 days - Extra $2,000
5 days - Extra $500
6 days - Extra $200
7 days - Extra $50

3 Horses - 4 days - Extra $3,000
5 days - Extra $500
6 days - Extra $200
7 days - Extra $50

4 Horses - 4 days - Extra $4,000
5 days - Extra $500
6 days - Extra $200
7 days - Extra $50

5+ Horses - 4 days - Extra $7,000
5 days - Extra $1,000
6 days - Extra $500
7 days - Extra $250


**EXAMPLE**
If you were boarding 3 horses for 5 days the total price would be - $10,000+$500= $10,500
if you were buying a barn and boarding 8 horses for 7 days your total would be - $57,000+250=$57,250

the price will be $10,000 for 3 horses and if you are boarding under 3 days there will be no fee for that
