I have a Silver Dapple mare and crossed her on a Black Dun Stud. The foal is a Red Dun right now. Is there a chance for the colt to get Dapples??

Kayaine is correct.
Dapples caused by Silver are only on black horses (so silver dapples/silver blacks).
The other possibility is dapples caused by Sooty which is also not going to happen here. Sorry.
