Anything in the forums can be seen by anybody across the entire internet. If you have suspicions about a player being under COPPA age, if you jump into the chat and fine one of the senior AND upgraded members there, you can forward your suspicions onto them so they can send a PM onto our admins for further investigation.
You can also, personally report any post or reply in the forums. When you do that, it takes you to a secondary page to offer a reason for it and it also allows for you to type in some additional information. In the future, you can also do this and admin will follow through, if there's a need to do so.

For now, I will forward your suspicions so admin can investigate further. I had been watching and although there is some perhaps suspicious or 'yellow flags', there wasn't proof enough for me to forward it to admin. To be covered by law, they generally need specific proof of some sort. Also known as a 'slip-up'.
