What go do if it keeps saying "The URL you specified is invalid."

Hello, I recently got premuim and everytime I put a URL in it says "The URL you specified is invalid." When I try to put an avatar in. Don't know how to do this because I am on iPad and also do you know how to insert an image on Ipad in chat room? :?

Have you tried it doing it on your phone? Sometimes, some sites doesn't open on my iPad but it opens in my phone.
