skill level study

I am stuck on the quest in the tutorial. I am supposed to study "Basic Horse Management I, Level 2" in order to be able to have a foal, but I did that, I even studied up to level 3 or 4 and it is not completing the objective..

Try going to the Quests page a refreshing. Sometimes that makes it stop being confused.
