The game wont let me move my pastures where i want them so right now they are on top of eachother and i do NOT like it if you know how to fix it plz help

There may be a couple reasons for this.
First, you may need to increase your farm size. To do this, go to your 'My Farm' page and click on the tab labeled 'Edit My Farm'. In the bottom left hand section, there will be two options, to increase depth and to increase width. It won't matter which one you choose, if this is the problem.
Second, you may need to refresh your page after loading your pastures or barns into your farm page. Just refresh or click 'My Farm' again and then try to move them using the 'Toggle Build Mode' option.
Third, it might also be your browser needs updating or your cache needs cleaning. Try another browser, if you have the same issue there, try a different access (another computer, pad, phone, etc, just something different). That should enlighten you to what the issue might be.

The game doesn't get along with some browsers well and doesn't like older browsers that aren't up-to-date. Many of us use Chrome and Firefox successfully. Those are the two I know personally that work (Chrome via Avast SafeSearch browser). There are others, but I'm not offering any I don't have personal experience on this game with. Internet Explorer works alright, but mine is a little out-of-date and certain things on the screen are a little wonky.
