Horse Image not working

My horse's image has overlapping words on it. I have tried restarting my computer, clearing the cashe, and restarting the game multiple times.

Looks fine to me, but I do know the problem you speak of. What type of browser you are using could be the culprit. If you're still having problems after clearing your cache, look to see if your browser needs an update.

What I find I sometimes need to do:

1) Log in

2) Have a horse's page open

3) Completely clear browser history and cache in a different tab

4) Go back to horse's tab

5) Press F5

6) Check if the image is clear and there are no words overlapping

7) If there are still words overlapping, repeat from step 3

8) If there are no words, log in and carry on as normal

Don't bother to repeat more than five times, at absolute most - if it still isn't working, a different solution is needed.
