How much $ and PT do new players start out with?

How much $ and PT do new players start out with?

Once I finish my current project, I'm thinking of trying something on my hold account that sort of emulates being a new player. But since I already have two accounts and can't start a new one, I'm wondering if anyone remembers how much money and PT come with a new account? That way I can transfer away the money to the right amount and transfer IN any foundation horses to the value of the PT.

20k and 100PT or something similar
