Red dun Arabian?

Post by DTWarrior1 »

Why hello there, I'm quite new to this game and was wondering if I could get some help identifying the color of an Arabian that I adopted. I am quite sure that she is a form of red dun but I don't know all of her other markings and dilutions.

There are no dun markings on that horse, and, if you read the posts at the top of the forum page, you'd know that Arabs do not carry dun at all and that your horse is a chestnut going grey.

Actually, I did read the guides. But considering I am not a color person they made no sense to me. I'm sorry for asking for help.

Welcome to the community! ;) I find colors difficult too; all of mine are guesses. If you're just getting started, you probably want a show horse. Maybe I could provide one for you to get started? It's the best way to make money. Arabian?

Welcome!

I might need to make an easy beginners colour identifying guide then ;)

This horse is indeed a chestnut going grey like Argent said.
