Please remember that balancing price on both the buyer and seller parts is crucial. If the buyer doesn't want to come down, it is their decision. If the seller doesn't want to come up, it is, again, their decision.

By offering pricing suggestions, the community tries to offer insight into what the community defines as 'fair market value'. But it always comes down to the owner and their decision what they want to release the horse's for. And the buyer and their decision for how much they're willing to pay. What ultimately results is the sale of the horse, or the non-sale of the horse.

I am withholding my 'what are these horses worth' opinion for obvious reasons.
