My reasons for pricing:
10K base price because of his breed.
Another 10K because he is purebred and he has a nice color.
3K because of his breeders report.
And 2K because his genetic potential is almost 50,000 HGP and he is not trained.
That's not exactly how I price all horses as it kind varies. But that's fine if you don't sell him to me. I don't mind.
