haltanny is correct, with one addition note. We do have tobiano in the game, but your horse doesn't appear to have any tobiano markings.jaderbug02 wrote:...
The word: pintaloosa is a combination of pinto and appaloosa, and usually indicates a color combination of appaloosa and paint markings (sabino, I assume, tobaino, etc).
I do not think, though of course, I could be wrong, that a breed Paint with appaloosa markings and devoid of actual tobiano, sabino, overo genes would be considered a 'true pintoloosa'... however, since a breed Paint is in itself a descendant of these same genes... maybe it could. It's a good question.

From the Pintaloosa registration.A PINTALOOSA shall be defined as any horse which is the result of breeding a Pinto or Paint horse to an Appaloosa horse. The pintaloosa horse may exhibit only pinto or appaloosa markings, both types of markings, or no markings at all.
Personally, I would have called the horse 'chestnut extended blanket' since Appaloosa is a breed, not a colour. I see, however, that I am just a tiny bit late replying to the original question

But appaloosa can also be a color, not just a breed... Well... defining the generic from the specific, can be as simple as the titling of the words...
Appaloosa = breed
appaloosa = color
Paint = breed
paint = color
Pintaloosa = breed
pintaloosa = color
At least that's the way that I can distinguish it in quick reference. However, not everybody will be accepting of that.
Thanks for doing the quick search to look it up.

I see, I will make sure to remember that appaloosa's are a breed if i run into those colors again. Thank you so much! this is alot of great info
I am currently just working with North African Barbs at the moment trying to improve the GPA and stats and Conformation (WIP im still not great at it lol) But i think with the NAB i just have to worry bout the Tobiano white markings for now and learning every other colour they come in XD
