At what level can I get more than just one horse?

At what level can I get more than just one horse?

I'm just wondering, because as of right now I am on level 3 and I still cannot get more than one horse. And how do I get more XP other than doing local shows, sleeping and training?

Its not the level of your character, its another leveling system. Go to Player> Learning> Horse Ownership. You have to pay to learn it with an amount of money in-game. Then you can get another horse.
