Competition bonus

Perhaps a bonus-type-thing that, once a player has reached x number of wins in discipline y, they can select an option that allows any horse that they are able to train an increased chance to win in discipline y.

This would just make it harder for new players to win and gain that specific bonus. I don't think this is a good idea.
