How To Train Under 3 Years

So I've been wondering, how do you train your horse under three years?? I have tried my best, done different training methods, but nothing really helps. I also have another question. How do you earn millions off of competition?? Is it the higher the purse, the more you can win?? Please help!

I heard that a lot of trainers use this training guide.
