Help Wanted
In Memory

I think she might be a sooty bay because of the brown I can see on her but I don't know if she'll turn fully black or not.

Re: Help Wanted
She looks Mealy Brown. The red on her muzzle and belly would indicate that. I had a few horses that had the same coat colour and they never went fully black. It's one of my favorite colours! The Red Roan and Black coloured parents are normally a good way to come across this coloring.

Re: Help Wanted
Not Mealy, just plain Brown. The biggest indicator that it lacks mealy is that both parents are Foundation Arabians. Arabians and North African Barbs normally do not carry mealy. The red on her nose and stomach is just from brown.Rodeo_Ace wrote:She looks Mealy Brown. The red on her muzzle and belly would indicate that. Also, the mother isn't a red roan. She's just grey on a chestnut base.
