Breed Percentage Question - Part Instead of Half

So I've recently bred this guy:


He's listed as Part Kabarda x West African Barb [55%].
His dam is a first generation Kabarda, his sire is a half WAB (WAB x (Tarpan x NAB)).

Here's his pedigree:


Can anybody help me understand why he isn't a half Kabarda?
Is this a bug or am I missing something?

The game is probably trying to compensate for the fact that it cannot list this horse as half Kabarda because he is also 25% (Mixed) WAB. So the Karbarda portion gets a little boost and he becomes Part Kabarda (55%) x WAB (25%).
