Breeds Wiki (Work in progress)
Here is a project I am working on about the breeds wiki. Since the breeds wiki in game is incomplete I will try to make a complementary breeds wiki here. If anyone wants to do research on some breeds you're welcome to post it here but so far I have only written a few lines about arabian but will continue to update the information that is missing.

The list has been edited to separate the breeds that are finished and the ones that still has missing information. Take a look on the arabian to see how I imagine the rest will look like when they are done.
Also keep in mind that the images are edited in photoshop and may not be possible to reproduce in the game.

That looks pretty good.
The family tree along the bottom will show the whole trek to be made to reach that breed? If that's the case, that will be one LONG family tree in some cases. Or are you restricting it to just the 'parent' breeds?

It will include everything. Will do some modifications to the existing ones to reduce the amount or scrolling needed but some breeds may not be possible to show the whole family tree in a good way.BlackOak2 wrote:That looks pretty good.

Have to see how that looks and holds up when you get one done.

Re: Breeds Wiki (Work in progress)
There are over 300 breeds in total so any help I can get would be appreciated. Currently I am working on the ancient breeds from the Adoption Centre but you can pick any breed you like to do some research on and send it to me here.AHorseandPonyLover wrote:It's really amazing work! Abyssinian
HISTORY:
Horses from Ethiopia, formerly known as Abyssinia, were in the past described as a single type, the "Abyssinian Horse" or "Ethiopian Horse", of variable size, colour and conformation. In 1997 two distinct types, the Oromo and Dongola, were described.Morphological research published in 2012 characterised eight distinct breeds or types with different regional distributions. In 2007 no population data was available to the FAO, and no assessment of conservation status was made.Ethiopian horses are those breeds or types of horse found in Ethiopia, formerly known as Abyssinia. There are about 2.8 million horses in Ethiopia, more than half the total in the African continent.Ethiopia reports only the Abyssinian breed to DAD-IS. In 2012 the horses of Ethiopia were characterised into eight distinct breeds or types with different regional distributions, including a gravely-endangered feral population, the Kundudo horse. They used in Riding, Harness, Burden, Agricultural works.

Great work so far! I was extremely interested in this the day you sent it out. I looked through each and every breed and read every single thing about each. I am extremely excited to see it finished! If you need help, I'm up for it.
