It says my filly is eating 165%, but not eating enough???

Couple things at play here. First, young horses under two are growing so rapidly that even 165% may not be enough to support growth and energy at the same time. There's nothing to help with this besides just wait until the horse stabilized. Second, each horse has a maximum amount they are capable of eating, shown my their "Max Feed" value. If you horse's feed schedule exceeds that value, she will not be eating everything you give her. On top of that, she will eat what is highest on her list first. That means that if you are feeding her a diet of primarily hay, she will be filling up on a low-energy food and not actually eating 165% of what she needs.
