Howdy! What is the best way to increase a horse's energy without making them fat? I have had lots of issues with this with my easy keepers.

Howdy! What is the best way to increase a horse's energy without making them fat? I have had lots of issues with this with my easy keepers.

If you want to modify temperament, renew energy but maintain weight... as long as the horse is over 6 months, MOST of them can be maintained in a barn on 100%.

When in a barn and over 1 year (in most cases)
To decrease weight but maintain energy = 95% corn

To increase weight when between 6 months and 2 years = 100% weight gain & 10% performance
It will be a slow gain, but shouldn't be too much for the foal.
