the second one almost looks more chestnut or liver chestnut to me. but i also think chestnut and sorrel are 2 different colors...h0rsey wrote:Just to let you know those “red roans” are actually red duns

Well, it depends if they have a dorsal stripe!h0rsey wrote:Just to let you know those “red roans” are actually red duns

If they don't then they are a red roan https://www.google.com/search?q=red+roa ... qYKJ6ZEUDM
If they have a dorsal stripe then your right they would be a "red dun".

Hope this helped!

Re: Selling my best Grinders!
You can tell because of the stripes on their legs. Red roans are a mixture of red and white hairs (except on the face, legs, mane, and tail). On HWO you can’t really tell if there is a dorsal stripe, since you cannot directly see down the back. The stripes on the legs mean they are dun.CRUNCHY IS THE BEST wrote:Well, it depends if they have a dorsal stripe!h0rsey wrote:Just to let you know those “red roans” are actually red duns![]()

Yeah, it is super hard to tell if there is or not! I am used to real horse colours and not HWO ones!h0rsey wrote:You can tell because of the stripes on their legs.
