Mow Feature?

Just wondering, with the mow feature, why do some lots of hay give you more money than others?
Like I'm not talking about mowing a 10% pasture compared to a 60% pasture, I'm talking like both 60% pastures giving different money from selling the hay once you mow it.

Are these pastures different sizes? Large, medium, and small pastures five you different amounts of hay and therefore are worth different amounts.

In more detail: Assume you have at least 21% hay to mow: a Small Pasture takes 1 hour and gives you $719.
Medium, 2 hours, twice the money: $1438.
Large, 3 hours, three times the money: $2157.
This is in exact proportion with the number of horses that each size supports (4, 8, or 12).

I just mowed a small pasture for 20% (60 to 40) and got $60. Bug? New way of life?

there was a bug with pastures not keeping the condition on the horses so the prices of feed was put down so players can help keep the weight on, but it was linked to pasture mowing so that has also temporarily been moved down.
