I can heighten her speed as soon as possible?

Unfortunately you can't. The stats of a horse cannot be changed, therefore you cannot bump up her speed. Training in speed and speed conformation are two different things. Conformations are stats they are born with, that is how you can determine what sport they are good at and which they are not. You probably can't see the stats rn because only people with premium can.
