How do I breed to https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2428002? Also I put https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2470797 up for private sale when you get a chance. Once I have horse that is trained enough, could you help work with me on how to champ them?

That depends on what you want to champ him in. Typically a fully trained horse (99% or higher in each stat usually) is best, but it depends.
