There are quite a few comments, like 5-6 in both directions, that can be either black or red/green as far as I know. So if they are to be written down twice the list will be much longer than neccessary.
If you would allow me to I could edit the comments in your document to match my list where I arranged the comments to keep track of which ones are "middle ground" between regular and red/green.

Found a new strength comment 'Wow, what power! This is one strong stallion, hope he doesn't try to run off on you cause you won't be able to stop him!' Only have it on a couple of my beasties, definitely green.
