Comp money return error

I entered three horses into this comp. I had 11mil and used 3mil to enter my three horses. I placed [well my horses] 2nd, 4th and 5th. In total, I should've earned roughly 5mil. But now I have 8 mil and never got my purse which is kinda annoying. I might've needed to post in another forum but more people visit here, plz help! I just lost 3mil and need that money for my projects. For what it's worth I have already entered this comp and experienced none of these complications

A few notes.

First, I'm just the friendly, nosy HWO player, I have no ability to aid admin in any of their work. I'm not a mod either. This is information more for the community at large, than it is to remind you personally of my position. I'm just a player, nothing more.

Also, admin regularly cruises the bugs forum. So although they might not answer back directly, you can be pretty assured that they've seen the post there.

Okay... So double check to make sure you didn't purchase any horses for large amounts of money or also stud fees. And the account that you entered them from is the account that will earn those rewards. So if you entered them from another account then sold them to your primary one, that other account is the one that will earn those rewards. Any large purchases, a lot of spending, as long as it's all accounted for. There's not too much that could account for that amount of money movement.

Other than that, this would definitely be something admin will have to look into.

Community advice might not be able to help in this case. But this might be a new or ongoing issue that admin might need to track for awhile, thus posting in the bugs would have been a better option. 'Would Have Been' being operative.

Either way, I'm sure admin will figure out what happened.
