
Store Problem - PTs went to wrong account?
So I was trying to buy PTs for this account and somehow they got sent to my main account. Not only that, it happened TWICE. So now rather than having 5k PT on this account... I have something like 12K on my main account which is WAAAAY more than I need over there. What do I do? I emailed info@hwo.net but it's been like 24-48 hours (not sure exactly what time I sent the email) and no answer.
Is there a number I can call? I spent all my playtime spendy money on the PTs so I can't afford to try it a third time and I REALLY don't need to end up with 17 or 18K on my other account lol!
Any ideas?

I can help you with this. If you email support@wincirclegames.com with the username for both accounts I can get this sorted out for you. Unfortunately we do not own the domain hwo.net so we won't receive the email you previously sent.
For the future when you purchase your Pony Tokens there is a field, usually pre-populated, for the user ID of the account to send the Pony Tokens too.

Okay! Sent an email to that address. Thanks so much! I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was going on as I was buying them while logged into THIS account rather than the account they got sent to. LOL A little crazy mixup there!

Ok I sent an email to that email address with the subject "Pony Token Problem"
Still no PT's on this account as of yet. I figure it may take a day or two to get it done if the email went through properly. Hopefully it did.
