okay that's fine how much for a stud fee on the trained stallion what on here :) ?
He’s my favorite Stallion, and he seems to always throw good foals, maybe 150k a breeding? Tell me if it’s to much, if I put it for to cheap, everyone and their dogs will breed to him.

Tips On Picking a Stallion

Post by KYTrainer »

Tips For Picking The Best Stud For Your Mare

I have noticed a few patterns with my studs, so here are some good tips for breeding. Some of these are common sense to experienced breeders, and if you were not, now you know my tricks  ;)

- Breed to around the same body type (horse type, light should breed to horse type, light)
- Breed to about the same type of racing conformation as mine are (long face, thin legs, sloping croup, ect.)
- If you don't like the dun color, you choices are VERY limited
- Make sure my stallion covers your mares faults, and vice versa
- You can use my studs to bring up strength and stamina in your herd, they like to pass it down, so use that to your advantage
