Burning Colors (Good Prizes)!
Hello.
So I looked through the contests forum and saw that nobody has ever done this before, but everyone talks about this.
'This' as in horses that look stark white, horses that look burning, horses that hurt your eyes, horses that are unbelievably dark.
'Hurt your eyes' as in NOT ugly, by the way.

Mealy Sooty Brown
He looks just unreal imo. Blacks are nice and all, but he - now that's a kind of ebony darkness swallowing the light in its entirety <3 the lighter areas from mealy, the difference in color that makes his mane seem more like gray than a true black? It reminds me of black holes - you are able so "see" them because the fraying edges make the dark of space seem bright in comparison.
And this eye-turning/sight-repelling attribute is my reason for entering him in this contest.

Mealy Sooty Palomino with Tiger Eyes
A bit of an unusual color for a friesian, i know...but he was my very obviously failed try to get a black on back in my line ^^'
Why I put him up here? He is a contradiction in plain view - a pure, bright mane coupled with glaring fozen blue-eyes and a golden coat. If one doesn't look further down that is; there, the sooty legacy of his father takes all inital brighness and cast a shadow - turning bright white to a watery corpse like gray and sun-like gold into a grime covered, faded clay.

This horse looks as though she is made of fire. She is the brightest chestnut I've ever seen on this game and it burns my eyes to look at her.

Her parents are named Jet Pilot and Cashmere, and neither of them are as bright as she is. I think she should win because I've never seen a horse so vibrant and the ones I do see are few and far between. The trained-horse luster also adds to her fiery appearance by giving her a slightly glowing look.
Heaven
Heaven is my gorgeous Anglo-Arabian mare whom I bought and trained myself. She appears to be a pure, spotless white but she has very faint dappling. She is another one of my horses that sort of hurts my eyes when I look at them. If angels took on the form of a HWO horse, this is what they would look like! Her parents are Anglo-Arabian [+1] and Cinderella. This is her without tack:

Finally, $HWEC$ Wicked Aurora
Wicked Aurora is not as dark as one would want him to be when comparing him to black horses, however I find him very soothing to look at. He almost appears to be a silhouette and looks just a tiny bit evil. He even has dapples, which I love on extremely dark or light horses. His parents are Bar Hoppin Bud and Kentucky Cherry.

The white ones are the same horse, I just put a picture of her without tack because her tack made it harder to seeSawd10 wrote:All are very nice!Thundermare wrote: Here are my entries:
