If you are asking for their colors (a bit unsure cause you don't exactly mention it), i'd offer my ideas:

1. Timid - a gorgeous Metallic Golden Champagne Roan (with a hidden Tiger Eye).

- Golden Champagne - meaning a chestnut base with Champagne (Ch lightens the body and mane to an extent and is most recognizable due to the freckled pink nose)
- Roan is shown by the little white hairs in the lightended area from cheek to mid-leg coverage (Though I'm not entirely sure if there isn't some very lightly expressed dun there...Foal pictures or a close up whould've been most helpfull with that)
- the extremely liquid metal like shine of her coat (without any training at all) shows her having metallic.
- Tiger Eyes are a recessive gene - meaning you need at least t/t to be visible -> except when paired with champagne, as then it causes the normally dark eyes to be brightened to an amber/greenish color (her sire is has really brightly expressed tiger eyes - meaning at least he had to give her one)

Gen-code is most likely something along:
e/e A_ Ch/n Rn_ M/m t_ (Metallic Golden Champagne Roan)

2. Any Phoenix - a Silver Bay Roan with Lp (probably, without foal pictures its very hard to guess on base coat when Lp is involved)

- Bay base as his sire is black - meaning no agouti involved (a/a), so only his dam could have given hers which was most probably an A.
[There might be sooty involved and he could also potentially be a sooty buckskin - bay base lightened by cream and darkened due to sooty from his dams grandsires side; though I'm reluctant as the dam obviously didn't express it as heavy/at all, but the bay base I'm at least sure of]
- Roan as explained above
- His Sire is a silver black; seeing irregularly lightened areas in his varnished mane, the base should be lighter than the bays natural black - and silver fits the bill perfectly.
- Lp expressed by appaloosa spotting, snowflakes, bronzening (darkend, sooty like areas) and varnish (faded, mist-covered like areas).

His coding I'd guess as either (most probably):
1. E_ A/a Rn/n Z/n Lp_ (Silver Bay Roan with Lp)
or
2. E_ A/a Cr/n Sty/n Rn/n Z/n Lp_ (Silver Sooty Buckskin Roan with Lp)

if you try for-, or are interested in keeping this particular color, then you could try to breed him to base coat horses and if a buckskin, palomino or otherwise cream-dilluted coat crops out then you'd know for sure :)
