Waiting Time Before Creating New Breeding Community
How long is it fair to wait before assuming a breeding community is 'inactive'? I'm hoping to breed Selle Francais horses and they already have a very short thread in the breeding communities section, which hasn't been updated for several months. I have commented but don't know how long to wait for a reply before assuming the community is inactive. A couple of weeks?

If the Original Poster doesn't respond to to a request to take over the topic after say 2 weeks you can create a new topic and request an admin to Archive the old topic.
