Honestly, not sure how qualified I would be to judge a racing disciplined contest like this, my specialty runs more towards the Western Speed events.

if you are still looking for judges, I can be one if you'd like. You could also ask Thundermare (conletra83), Jockey, honeybunny, and Soaring Hooves because they were judges from the annual hwo rodeo (except Soaring Hooves)

I can be a judge, if you don't get enough judges to cover. I kind of prefer to not participate however.

If I am a judge, I will only cover one discipline and not endurance discipline. I will also only contribute or cover either the 5 mil OR the Tb for a first place... OR I will cover the 2nd and 3rd prize in that discipline.

Silverine may not.
Look through the recent hosted contests. Try any of the hosts of those recent contests. Those are your most likely candidates for willingness to participate as judges and also offers the willingness to spend time and effort on such things. As well as potential willingness to support the winnings.

Those that don't often appear as hosts for contests (or never do so) usually do not do so for specific reasons, ranging from inability in some form, to time restrictions, to unwillingness to offer themselves as a participating member of our community.
