Hello Everybody! I decided I wanted to offer my horses to the public, so I decided leasing was the right option!
All Dutch Warmbloods, select Thoroughbreds, and select Falabellas are able to be leased!

Lease Options!

Breeding Lease!

Perfect For- Falabella, Thoroughbred, Dutch Warmblood, or Rare Breed Breeders who are looking for some new blood, but don't want to spend millions on a quality horse.

Price- $1,000 Per Week OR $3,500 per month

Rules-
Foals may not be sold unless permission is given
May not be trained
May not be sold to another player
If time is up and the mare hasn't given birth yet, ping me in a separate forum. This is Case-By-Case

Training Lease!

Perfect For- Want-To-Be trainers who want to see if they can train a horse under a certain time limit, without having a reputation on the line.

Price- $250 per week OR $750 per month

Rules-
May NOT be bred
May NOT compete other than local shows
May NOT be sold to anyone other than Katy_Kanes & Katy_Kanes_Frozen

Perfect For- Beginners who want to start showing, but don't have a trained horse or the money/skills to train a horse.

Price- $5,000 per week OR $17,000 per month

May NOT be bred
If competed past level said, please tell me!

Edit- It may take a bit to get him, I've offered on him from training, but not picked him up yet.
