So... sorry if this isn't all nice and graphic colour-y I just want to write this all down. I have many suggestions but I'll start with the forum.
So, these are the current forums we have:

General Discussion
- Announcements
- General Chit-Chat
^-Player services (training and champing etc)
-In-breed (or something like that) breeding communities (like the United Leopard TB breeders-because since the general chit-chat moves so quickly I often can't find them, but since they aren't real breeds they aren't really in the Breeding communities section)
- Contests

- What Colour Is My Horse?
- Comments and Suggestions

So, I'm a neat freak and what I think would help is this: In a different colour I will show what I think should be added

Next: The actual market: horses for sale
So I like many people do sales agreements which basically is when you cut a deal with a user and they sell the horse specifically for you. With my account status, I can only have two private sales at a time. And when I cut a deal with a player and sell them a horse I need to use private sales. But sometimes I want to sell (For example) all three we agreed on in one. I think there should be under horses for sale in the side-bar market an option called Gifts or private sales. This would be especially useful for transfers. I'll cover all my points and idea's now
Gifting:
Uses: Transfer and leasing and gifting.
For transfer: you put up the horse in the Gifting section and you write who it's for ( I'll do me) and then all I need to do is switch accounts and go to Transfer/Gifting and voila! Maybe you could even add which pasture you want it to go to?
Leasing: If I want to lease my stallion (example) for private stud I would put it up to lease and say who it's for. That person would get a notification and they would accept the lease (or the price). Maybe there could be a clock with how much time you have him for. And you will get an alert for when you need to give him back. The owner might be able to choose if you can change the name.
Gifting: A good way to sell horses. You can post them in the gifts section and everyone will see them. The first to accept the gift will get it. A good way to get rid of horses

Add Logo to farm
Create auto-recurring competitions

I propose the following prices:
12 Banked Days (Base) 100K a week or 1 mil a month
10 minute Day Regeneration Rate (Base) 100K a week or 1 mil a month
