Looking for a Trainer! (PAY WELL)

Why?
Hi! I just got back into the game after some time off! I have a few horses, all under age 10 that need to be trained so I can get some good blood going while I run my rescue organization! I will be paying $100,000 per horse!
Requirements:
1- Must be able to train 8-12 horses
2- Must be able to train as fast as possible (Up to a week depending on how many horses) Even better if less!
3- Must be able to adjust temperament & weight
