He looks like a Cremello Champagne (2 creams + 1 champagne) with an extended blanket and tiger eye.

Cremello, with a chestnut base and tiger eye. Champagne horses always have a speckled muzzle and triple dilutes tend to be really white. I'm not 100% sure about the tiger eye- cremellos have blue eyes and I'm on my phone.
