Player Achievements

Perhaps "unlockable" achievements similar to other gaming platforms could be added to the game? These could show up on a user's profile as a little icon/short title.

What first comes to mind is an achievement for each breed that a player successfully produces. I don't know if the back data is available, but an additional or more fancy version of the breed achievement could be available for the individual who first produces a specific breed.

Beyond that, maybe an achievement for breeding a former or current record holder? Five? Ten? Fifty? Having x, x+10, x+25, etc other players use your studs? Having a horse on the top twenty page (overall and/or breed)? For color people, breeding specific colors?

Maybe there could be a cash/pony token incentive for reaching these? With breed achievements, maybe it could increase interest in less popular breeds or at the very least briefly offer more bloodlines for the people who do work with those breeds.

Thoughts/other ideas? I looked for a while in the forums and didn't see anything like this, so I apologize if this has already been discussed.

Great idea, Skraythrax.

It's a good incentive to keep working at whatever your goals are. I imagine there could be ones around breeding, training, and competitions.

I love this idea, especially the one about being the first player to breed said breed. (Purely cause I've just been doing that and I'm an ego maniac)
