First of all, pinging someone is a way to get their attention on the forums.

Here's how to do it step by step:

First of all, get it to look like this:

Then get it to look like this with the = and the ""s

Then put the player's name in between the two ""s

Finally, put either a message or just ... in between the two ][s

You should find a button that says "Quote", click on that

you need to format it like this (without the spaces) before adding the player's name:

player's name goes between the "" and the message goes between the ][
