First off I am sooooo sorry your involved in this little mess... You purchased (I believe) a this horse from HorzeLover101: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2225934. Unfortunately I was inactive and didn't get the ping that I would loose him if I didn't offer. I offered and sent a ping but HorzeLover didn't see it until after he was sold to you (or whoever bought him) I see you have champed him but I must ask you to put him up for me. He is a crucial part of my bloodlines. Without him in place my entire 3 years (irl time) of work crumbles. I've spent that entire time breeding for belgians with Mohawks and spots... none have fulfilled this goal until now. I have a full brother of his who is more valuable stat wise and is fully trained... he just doesn't have the crucial requirements to fill the position I need. I will post the thread between Horze and I... for proof, but I'm so sorry this mistake happened. I must ask you to return this horse to me... I'm willing to recoup your loses or trade him for his full brother. Or any of my grinders or free studs... anything. I just MUST have Goldrush Panther... he is a private bred stallion and so core to my program the fate of my farm and program lies on him. Please tell me what I owe you and put him up

Sincerely,
Honeybunny

Thanks!
You have 24 hours to pick your horses up.
They have been up for a few days now. Tomorrow marks the 7th day before they are released to me legally and they will be auctioned.
Just offer on them and ill get them over to you!
Thank you

Hey! So I never got this ping for some reason... I only found out by checking thru my bloodlines... anyway... I will get my Sooty Dapple back from Wild Rose (I can't have him in any one else's hands since -hazel- asked me to keep the sooty lines private for a while (I'm borrowing her mares) I offered on the Belgian. Sorry if I didn't offer earlier I've been smashed with the whole Corona Virus (trying to get out long enough to get 7 tons of hay to my home) and having 7 foals currently on the ground that I spend 1 1/2 hours with each respectively. This being said I'm sorry that I wasn't able to swiftly pick them up like most your other clients... can I please have the Belgian I offered the required price.

Sorry!
I just saw this message. The Belgian was already sold to another player.
I can offer you a trained Arabian in place of the Belgian if you would like.

Thus you failed and it was forfeited over to me rightfully. Thus it was sold o HorzeCollector003 - I pinged you on my other forum and let you know what you can do as a player and what I would offer even though its not my liability.honeybunny wrote: Horse
HorzeCollector003 - You rightfully bought the horse as it went past the days for pick up and it was forfieted to my ownership. From there it was put up for auction and you bidded on it - Thus you won and i transfer the horse to you. You rightfully bought it so it is yours.
If she persists to get it back there's two things you can do
1.) Give the horse back just because
2.) Offer her to buy the horse back since you bought it rightfully in the first place.
I hope i cleared things between you two. Re: Ping
I couldn’t help but see this post. If you are interested in paint Belgians, that is specifically what I breed. I also have some foals with high 50s and low 60 strength. If you can give the Stallion back, I will give you either 2 really nice foals or one fully trained paint Belgian.HorzeCollector003 wrote:honeybunny wrote: Hey!

Thank you for the reply! I'm pleased to find that someone other than me likes him... I would (if he was any other horse) let you keep him because of the appreciation you expressed for him. But I can't let 3 years of work just go away. I hope you understand. I don't have any like him as of now... who knows what the future holds... but I would be willing to allow you to stud him whenever you wished for $1. I would even be willing to lease him to you. I've tried 17 times with the his sire and dam to produce a horse of his exact appearance and have only had 2 that where worth keeping... so I hope you can understand why I can't let him go as it is almost impossible for me to recreate him (due to his parent's age) and the crucial grandsires to create another pair are dead. I'm not the least bit mad at you... and you did buy him under legal terms. But it was also a misunderstanding and a malfunction of my notifications. (I only found out by tracing bloodlines for fun one day.

I will purchase him from you for your desired price (what you paid for him + champing fee?).
I will give you a lease statement or stud agreement. This would allow you to lease him for breeding to your mare(s) whenever you wish. (He would be posted for sale, go to your property, cover your mares and return to my property.)
And if he sires a colt from any of my horses that are like him I will immediately offer it to you and give it to you for the lowest price ($1)

Would this work for you? If you want you can age him to three and then breed him to your mare(s) before you sell him back to me. I would also consider a partnership (since we both have similar goals) centering around him. If you would like that let me know and I will give you details about how a partnership works.

Hi thank you for being calm about the situation I paid 100k for him and I champed him myself he got a good win percentage so far

I have bred to my mare now I only have one as of now but will get more soon so I will let you know when I need to breed to him again

I breed other horses if you look at my farm but I am wanting to do more Belgians with high strength, Tbs with high speed and also Trakhner with high movement I have a few but I'm just selling the horses what arent good enough for my breeding and then I will begin to breed the horses I want I have some other breeds as well maybe we can work something out about a partnership
I would love to get a foal like him if he does make another one like him but I might end up getting one
I will put him up now

You can offer 100k or more it's up to you
