I really don't care about inbreeding. Also what do you think about wanting to breed a Mikayo pony?

From scratch? It will take you a little bit. Some of them shouldn't be too hard, but some will.
You will find some issues with the following breeds along that tree:
Tokara
Hokkaido
***Taishuh (was frustrating from what I remember, though not necessarily difficult)
Yonaguni (but I don't remember why)
Cheju - this one will likely be the most difficult, because it requires the arabian and this breed is a pony-type

Granted, that is MOST of the breeds along the tree. But 'some issues' is from what I remember having irritations with. Your experiences with it might be wholly different, especially since the difference between what I was doing and what you aim to do will be very different. I was questing for each breed independently, you will be breeding specifically for each breed to attain your end breed. When you head for a specific end-goal for a breed, the breeding techniques and each generation are affected. So you might find attaining each breed along that tree much easier as you progress toward your mikayo.

There's I think 7 or 8 breeds required, some that you will use a few times... with enough luck, not being upgraded, I could see you getting to your end breed sometime in two months. If you really work hard at it and you're really lucky on your turns and your foals... maybe in a month.
I started questing all the recipe breeds (I had maybe 15 of them done when I started with the recipe quests) a year ago this month. There are a total of 328 breeds, I am now down to just 18 left to complete. I had and still have multiple other projects running alongside it.

It shouldn't take you too long, as long as you're diligent and careful, and with quite a bit of luck to throw what you need, req's and breed foals.
And that's from scratch. Using other peoples breedings from off the market, you might get there a lot quicker.

They are LONG off my list. So long that I don't even remember breeding them. However, because I don't remember the breed specifically, it likely means it was really easy to breed that specific breed (not necessarily all those that lead up to it). So though I can offer insight into the req's (most of the breed tree is medium pony types), I can't offer you if I had any frustrations for the mikayo itself.

I think the last small pony style breed in my list of quests is that danged Chincoteague, which I am having quite a bit of irritations about.
