I need help with breed recipies

Since I am totally useless at recipes and am trying (and failing) at breeding a Mongolian (can you believe it) I have decided to swallow my pride ( ) and ask for help. This is my latest fail at a Mongolian: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2394214. Can you tell me where I went wrong 'cause he has a 5* eval.

You need to breed him to a Tarpan with a good Eval, that is the recipe.
[Przewalski Horse x Tarpan] x Tarpan I believe is the recipe (don’t mind me, I just stalk the forums )

I know Baladis and Obs are usually easy, so is Akhal-Teke

I need to breed a Mongolian, Cheju, Hokkaido, .........
Sometimes I am too ambitious (agreed?)
