Bad stats at AC?

I feel like I'm seeing more bad stats than ever at the AC right now. Many horses are coming with THREE red stats now and the ratio of getting good to bad has gotten more in favor to the bad. Has anyone else noticed this?

Most AC horses do have red comments. Usually you need to breed the horses to get better comments.
