Disciplines that are not on HWO that should be added
this is just a suggestion, and feel free to leave a reply below if you agree to this or have any other disciplines to add.
disciplines that should be added to HWO:
Hunter Under Saddle (English Pleasure)
hunter under saddle, or english pleasure is kind of like western pleasure in an english saddle. The horse is judged on how well it moves, how well it responds to the rider, etc.
I think that for a horse to be good at hunter under saddle it would have good balance, tempo, agility, movement
Pleasure driving
pleasure driving is also very similar to western pleasure and hunter under saddle. Again, the horse is judged on how well it moves and it tests the horses strength.
A good pleasure driving horse would probably have good strength, movement, tempo, and balance.
Roping
roping is a timed event on a horse while trying to rope a steer. Roping is sort of like cutting, but instead, the rider carries a rope and the horse runs in a straight line while the rider tries to rope the steer as fast as they can.
Roping requires a lot of speed, balance, agility, and intelligence
Western Dressage
western dressage is becoming more and more popular, and is a very fun equestrian sport! It's sort of like dressage in a western saddle!
on a western dressage horse, you'd want it to have good movement, tempo, balance, and possibly strength
Western Riding
western riding is probably my favorite on this whole list! It's so cool to watch videos of horses doing flying lead changes and going around cones, listening to their riders every command. Western riding is kind of like western pleasure, western trail, dressage, and western dressage all combined!
a western riding horse would have good stats such as intelligence, movement, tempo, and balance.
these are just some suggestions, again please reply if you agree to this or want to add anything!

Anyway, especially for suggestions to add to the game, you might what to think about fleshing them out a bit more. It may get more of a response.
What stats would each of these most likely cover? All of our horses are scored in 4 different stats (in the racing discipline, speed is covered twice).
Do you know how these are scored? Racing is by time, dressage is by score, marathon driving is by penalty points.
What are current real-time averages? Do you also know what the best scores currently are by some of the best horses currently competing?
And also, the stats would need to also align with the body style as well on HWO, or at least be close, so that a successful horse on HWO does resemble its real-life counterparts. Although, there is a bit of give and take here, a log-pulling body style simply cannot outperform a racing body style and this is appropriate.
That's all I can think of right now, but I'm sure I might have missed something.
By the way, I like the thought of potentially adding more competition styles in the future.

So here's my replies to your new information so far.
Hunter Under Saddle. This is judged indeed on the horse and not so much on the rider, so the horse must emphasis its suitability in these conditions more so than the rider must demonstrate their skills. So being fully trained or 'broken' and its suitability to the hunter discipline are key areas to judge on. You suggested: "movement, tempo, intelligence, and agility" and I assume in that order. I could suggest instead: "Balance, tempo, agility, movement". Based on a judging criteria of: "Gaits must be free flowing, ground covering, and athletic." Which I did find on one of the judging sites that cover Hunter Under Saddle.
https://horses.extension.org/judging-ho ... -pleasure/
I will also add that this would be a single entry style event, meaning only one per account, like racing and western pleasure. If my thinking is correct, it would look a bit like a flat-hipped quarter horse. Medium horse, pony area.
Pleasure Driving. Again, much of this is judged on the horse and not the rider. You suggested: "strength, movement, tempo, and balance." I agree with three of these, but cannot determine what the fourth might or should be, so I can agree with the fourth, if only because I have no argument against it. However, I do suggest a reorder of these: "balance, movement, tempo, strength".

I think since carts tend to add quite a bit of length, that these classes are often split up. But I don't know if one driver will drive more than one cart in the same class. I want to say that this is a likelihood. This horse would look a lot like a medium to heavier quarter horse-styled body, I think.
Roping. I agree with the way you suggested for roping stats (speed, balance, agility, and intelligence). Maybe I'd suggest moving agility to the front followed by speed and balance, but perhaps not. This would be one that multiple horses could enter from one account. Although usually they do not, because this (if I remember correctly) is nominally based on the rider's ability and not so much on the horse's ability. I have also seen the same horse under a couple different riders in the same event, though that doesn't happen too often.
Western Dressage. I am unfamiliar with this one entirely. Western Pleasure was the closest I got to such a thing when I was briefly showing. I never heard of western dressage at that time, but it could just be that I didn't hear of it because I didn't research the different classes that could exist. I couldn't find too much on this, it does seem to be fairly new and from one site it does look like a new judging system might be in development.
Anyway, you suggested: "movement, tempo, balance, and possibly strength".
But like a lot of dressage competitions, there is more than just four stats that could really help in this area. For our own dressage on HWO, the stats are "Movement Balance Tempo Strength"... so you have the same, but reversed placement of the two middle stats. Because this is a western tradition rather than english and ranch-work is the general understanding that a western horse might default into doing, I might instead suggest: "movement, agility, intelligence, strength".

I'm not sure what type of horse style this might look like. Except more of an uphill body. I think for some reason a light-weight body style might do best. Though it does seem that most of the movement and agility are affected by head and neck rather than body itself.
Western dressage I think would be a single-entry. But like I said, I'm not familiar enough with it to say much, although it does look like I've said a lot already.

Western Riding. I'm more familiar with this class. You suggested: "intelligence, movement, tempo, and balance". I could instead offer: "balance movement speed strength". Or maybe speed and strength should be switched. A good western horse needs to show speed when necessary as well as strength and have good balance and movement throughout all it does. It is what a basic, well-rounded quarter horse should be... at least in certain cases... but I'm getting into a sensitive area and I'll say no more to it because what I would think of a good quarter or western horse, might differ quite a bit from another's opinion.

This one, I've seen the same rider ride multiple different horses in competitions.
