So awhile ago I was setting up an account for my brother But never got the verification email. I don't remember the username or password, but I do remember the email. Now i would like to use the email for a second account. Is there any way you could help?

Use the Help Me button and send a message from that email address. I will be able to tell you the username. You will be able to reset the password and I can send the verification email again. If that doesn't work we can manually remove the email address from the account and you can try to make a new one.
