Okay, not the correct forum. Just an FYI

If you go to the help drop down, then click on the Breeds Wiki, then you'll need to open both of those two breeds.
This will tell you what you'll need to have to make them.

From scratch generally means from AC horses, so either of these two breeds will take some time and dedication to create. And meanwhile, you'll need to alter your horses to fit the breed requirements for each breed along the line.

We'll start with the Falabella.
To breed the Falabella, you'll need this recipe:
Shetland Pony x [ Thoroughbred x Criollo ]

The Criollo is a little easier to accomplish, so I'll cover that one first.
Criollo requires: [ Sorraia x Garrano ] x [ Arabian x Andalusian ]

Sorraia requires: [ Tarpan x Mongolian ] x [ Tarpan x West African Barb ]
Garrano requires: Sorraia x [ Arabian x Sorraia ]
Andalusian requires: [ Sorraia x Carthusian ] x [ Sorraia x West African Barb ]

Then for those recipes, you'll also need:
West African Barb requires: [ Arabian x North African Barb ] x [ North African Barb x Forest Horse ]
Carthusian requires: West African Barb x Sorraia

Now for the Thoroughbred, this one is a bit more difficult.
Thoroughbred requires: [ Arabian x North African Barb ] x [ Akhal-Teke x Galloway ]

Then you'll need:
Akhal-Teke requries: Arabian x Turkmene
Galloway requires: Exmoor Pony x [ Exmoor Pony x Friesian ]

And onward:
Exmoor Pony: Przewalski Horse x Tarpan
Friesian: Forest Horse x [ Arabian x Andalusian ]

Thoroughbred might seem easier, but you will need to do a bit more breed manipulation to fulfill then acquire the breeds to lead up to it, then afterward, more manipulation in order to fulfill the falabella requirements.

Now for the Icelandic Pony.
Icelandic Pony: Tarpan x Norwegian Fjord

Norwegian Fjord: Mongolian x [ Przewalski Horse x Mongolian ]

Mongolian: [ Przewalski Horse x Tarpan ] x Tarpan

If I remember correctly, the Icelandic wasn't too difficult to create. It went fairly quickly when I was questing for it, so most of the requirements were probably fairly close to the breeds that were already available.
