You wouldn't be incorrect calling him an appaloosa belgian. They're often referred to as spotted belgians, mainly (at least in my mind) because when you call them an 'appaloosa belgian' it makes one think of a cross of an appaloosa and a belgian rather than a spotted belgian.
He appears to be a classic champagne with leopard. Champagne gene on black with Lp.
