Re: Competition Ideas

I agree with you on all of your ideas! I have had some experiences where one person won all of the money in a competition. I paid 50k and earned nothing back. This felt very unfair to me, The rest of your ideas make sense to me too.

1. The amount of horses able to be entered by the same person should be limited. I was browsing through my results when I noticed a ridiculous amount of horses had been entered by the same person, like 28 or something. I think it would be very convenient to host competitions and be able to choose how many horses are able to be entered so one person cannot have a big upper hand. I believe this would make things fairer. This will not count for events such as racing since only one horse is able to be entered anyway.

2. Similar to the suggestion above, I also think that it would be good to host comps where the overall amount horses allowed to compete is able to be limited. I don't really have much to say about this one. I just think it would be convenient if I'm testing my horses to see how good they do without having someone enter a bunch of other horses that would mess up my results. I've never had this happen, I'm just providing an example once again.

3. Be able to withdraw your horse from a competition. I think this would be a good idea simply because it's annoying when I accidentally enter a "one horse only" competition (such as racing) with the wrong horse. It would be useful to withdraw the horse and replace it with the right one.

4. Maybe there could be special championship competitions where the winning horses can get ribbons or trophies. These competitions could be hosted by premium players who are able to host lvl 10 comps or maybe even the admins themselves if it wouldn't cause them trouble. There could be a limit to how many of these "championships" could be hosted so getting a trophy would not be a common occurrence.

5. Invitation-only comps for those who are doing breeding club competition hosting.

6. Finally, I think that it would be cool if you were able to enter a certain horse in competitions via the horse information page. That way, you wouldn't have to scroll through all of your horses and pastures.

Thank you for reading. :)

1 is cool, but there's a risk that no one else will enter and the competition won't run. I don't see any point in restricting the amount to anything less than 5.
2 is good to prevent competitions from being force-run. It's another hole in game's competition system.
3 is somewhat obvious but not implemented. I'm all for it.
4 should've been done ages ago and probably included into premium account perks. But whatever.
5 once again, there might be lack of horses and it's pretty tedious. Can be done through breed restriction, no point in making it more complicated.

Thank you for your feedback. For the first one, I meant that it could be an option to limit it to maybe 10 horses but I worded it badly
I can see your point, though. Less than 5 horses would not be able to be judged.
