I was wondering if a premium member can contact a non-premium member.

Premiums can theoretically send a PM to anybody on HWO, but the non-premiums don't have access to the mail, so they won't be able to read it until they upgrade.

So if a premium looses their premium status and another member forwards a mail during that short time, the lost-premium member, once back to upgrade can then again see and read the mailing.

The only exception to this is admin. We can receive, see and read any mail that comes from our admin, regardless of upgraded status or not.
