Looking for some real bad horses (I'm not joking)

So, I am trying to complete the crummy quest and I got my hands on a nice mare with 15K HGP and three reds. But I am looking for a stud or any other horse that has "bad" stats. The breed doesn't matter, I just need the horses to have the lowest HGP possible preferably 20K or under and at the very least two red comments on a not so good breeders report and must NOT have any greens or golds. So I would like to see all those bad, "useless" horses and put them to good use. I can only take a few do to some little room issues I am having but need at least one real bad stud.

BlackOak2 may have some. I went ahead and pinged her in case she has stock to rotate out. also you can put in "crummy" in the horse name in sales and it should give you some results in what horses you are looking for Hope this helped!

I am working on this quest, but my lines are closed.
I usually use Totina's studs when I trial-cross out. But have had no positive outcome from crossing out with mine, even after multiple trials with multiple stages and multiple generations.

Totina has some of the better, lower-rated conf scores so far, but like the rest of us, can't seem to break that 10,000 HGP line to complete the quest.
